If you want to try some good pizza, you need to order big mommas & pappas by the slice. They have a variety of combos but you could also make your own. The service here is always friendly, it's a small but cozy shop that me and my wife go to occasionally.
Love the pizza here. Always so good and they have endless options for different tastebuds and cravings! I love their cheese, pepperoni, and Cajun corn pizza ! So good and the egg pizza boats are really good too.
We ordered the giant pizza for my son's birthday and it was such a hit!!! Not only did it come with 120 slices but it was also super delicious!!! They delivered it as well, the service was amazing !
When I saw this Cajun corn pizza on the menu, I was like "I wonder what that taste like?". So I had to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. It's ranch base sauce, instead of a tomato based sauce, and the crust is a buttery garlic crust, which is more like a bread than a pizza crust. It's top with corn and yummy cheese that taste like a mixed between Parmesan and mozzarella. I mean you can't get any better than a gooey, salty yummy cheese topping. The corn itself is on the sweet side, and as far as Cajun, the hints of Cajun flavor are very light to almost nonexistent. I was surprised that I haven't left any other reviews since I've been here so many times before. I really like the gondola with the egg inside and the buffalo wings, with a variety of sauces besides buffalo sauce I feel like it gives Wingstop a run for its money. Before I forget, check the boxes cause sometimes they'll have a five dollar off your next purchase coupon stuck to the side and all kinds of other special information and infofacts. I can't really tell you what I like the best or the least since it's less like a pizza place and more like an Italian kitchen that's kind of basic fast food, but I feel like there's plenty of value.
Likes: Khachapuri - Georgian cheese bread baked with egg on top. They call it the "gondola" because, quite frankly, it does look like a gondola and is easier to pronounce. I also like that the Boba Truck Cafe is right next door (in case you don't want a soda). No more Yelp discounts but they do have the Five Stars points program. Dislikes: Parking- a congested little lot shared with businesses and an El Pollo Loco drive-thru. Only a 30 minute parking limit- so eat fast!!!! I usually feel like the oldest person here since this place is close to CSUN and caters to its students. A weird thing, their ice machine within the soda machine is not working, so they have a bowl of ice in the fridge with a spoon so we can self serve! Reliable local spot, if you don't get frustrated with the parking!
